"Client", "You" and "Your" refer to the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary for Rossum to assist Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting Client's needs with respect to provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to prevailing United States Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within The Company, on a need-to-know basis only, use information collected from individual customers strictly to review our systems and data in order to ensure the best possible service.

Confidentiality

We are registered as specified by the provisions of the Data Protection Act of 1998 and as such, no information concerning the Client and related Client Records may be shared with third parties. Client records themselves are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, even if legally required to do so by the appropriate authorities. No official literature will ever be issued by our company, and clients are requested not to retain copies of any documents relating to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate charity receipts for tax purposes. Such receipts are the only official documentation available and must be approved in writing by Clients' Liaison Officers at Rossum. Surcharges may apply.

Disclaimer

Exclusions and Limitations The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held responsible for:

• any representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company's literature;
• any liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of business, or Client advised the Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage to our loss of physical or virtual property, or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages. The Company shall also be held exempt from liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. The above exclusions and limitations apply fully, even in jurisdictions where the law states otherwise. By visiting this website you abdicate any and all of your statutory rights, whether as a client, consumer or affiliate.

Payment

Cash, personal check, all major credit/debit Cards, bank draft or wire transfer are all acceptable methods of payment to the Company for services rendered. Base terms of any contract between Client and the Company are as follows:

• payment in full before receipt of services;
• all agents shall remain the property of the Company at all times;
• Client bills past due will incur late payment interest at the rate of 20% above the prevailing World Bank base rate on outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full;
• The Company reserves the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via the Company's internal Agency Collection Service (ACS). In such circumstances, Client shall also be liable for any and all additional administrative and procedural costs.
• Contractual terms apply to individuals, their heirs and subsequent estates.
