CLEVELAND, OH -- Rossum Corporation responds to United States Senate investigation.

"Rossum Corporation have worked with community outreach programs and scientific research groups worldwide for decades for the benefit of mankind," said Clive Ambrose, Executive Vice Chairman of Rossum Corporation. "We are confident we have the resources available to ensure the Senate investigation notices the valuable contribution we are making towards future society. The allegations by Senator Daniel Perrin are baseless."

The investigation - scheduled to begin during December - will investigate unfounded allegations by Sen. Perrin that Rossum is breaking the law and acceptable ethical standards. Rossum Corporation has a strong Code of Conduct and requires all employees to adhere to an extensive Corporate Ethical Policy. "It is not the job of the United States government to oversee medical research - our investors can remain confident we will re enforce this point to everybody involved. No laws have been broken - it is our job to ensure laws are set which ensure the complete freedom for companies like Rossum for the benefit of humanity, " said Mr Ambrose.
